What is Liber LMS Pro?

Liber LMS Pro is a training-sales, live-class and certification platform built for every kind of training organization — language schools, vocational academies, certificate programs, association and foundation trainings, course centers. List your courses and open them for sale with quotas, collect payments automatically, manage your instructors and participants from a single panel, deliver live classes to your trainees, and issue verifiable certificates. The site runs on your own domain with your own visual identity.

1. Your own membership types and pricing

• Define your own categories: "Adult / Student / Corporate", "Member / Non-member" or any participant category that fits your institution.
• Price per type: Set a separate fee for each membership type on every course.
• Discounts you name: Create two discount categories such as early-bird, member or corporate discount; the trainee requests it, you approve it, and it is applied automatically at checkout.

2. Online payments and invoicing

• Card payments: Your existing virtual POS or payment provider is integrated into the system; secured with 3D Secure, VAT-inclusive collection.
• Automated order flow: Registration, payment and quota updates require no manual tracking.
• Invoice management: A receipt is generated automatically; upload the official invoice PDF from the panel and send it to the trainee.
• Quota protection: Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after a while, freeing the seat.

3. Online and in-person courses

• Mark each course as Online or In-person; an address is requested for in-person courses.
• Date, time, duration, instructor, format, language, materials and cover image.
• Restrict who can join each course by membership type.
• Quotas are tracked instantly; past-dated courses become "completed" automatically and stay on your site under "Completed Courses".

4. Live classes

• One-click broadcast: The instructor clicks "Go Live" from the browser; no extra software needed.
• Camera and screen: The instructor shares their camera, their screen, or both (camera in the corner of the screen), and can play computer audio too.
• Only enrolled trainees watch: Only trainees who paid for that course watch it from their own panel; the class cannot be shared with anyone else.
• Interaction: Live text chat, "raise hand", and — when the instructor allows it — the trainee can ask a voice question. The instructor sees the list of trainees in the class.

5. Instructor management

• Add instructors from the panel; their credentials are emailed to them and they are asked to change their password on first login.
• Instructors sign in from a page dedicated to them on your site.
• Each instructor sees their assigned courses and attendance, and runs the live broadcast for online courses.

6. QR-verified certificates

• Your design: A PDF certificate with your uploaded background image and signature details.
• Single or bulk generation: For one trainee or everyone who completed the course, in one click.
• Public verification: Scan the QR code on the certificate or enter the code; validity is shown instantly. Revoke or reinstate a certificate whenever needed.

7. Participant and communication management

• Every trainee's registration, membership type, order and certificate history in one place.
• SMS verification: Optional SMS code at registration and login.
• Bulk email and SMS: Send announcements or reminders to all members, to a specific membership type, or to the participants of a given course.
• Contact-form messages appear in the panel and are emailed to you.

8. Trainee panel

• Enrolled courses, live-class attendance, QR-verified PDF certificates, orders and invoices in a personal panel.
• Easy card purchase of new courses.
• Profile and password management, forgot-password flow.

9. Admin panel and sales reports

• Total sales, member/course/order counts and a monthly revenue chart on one screen.
• Fill rates for active courses, pending discount requests, unread messages.
• Top revenue-generating courses and latest orders.

10. Entirely your brand

• Your own domain, logo, colors and certificate design.
• KVKK, cookie and disclosure texts plus cancellation/refund terms are edited from the panel.
• Emails are sent from your own email address; Google Analytics can be added for visitor statistics.
• Modern design that works on computer, tablet and phone.
• One-click panel login with your liber.tr account — no separate password. Setup and maintenance are handled by the Liber team.
