Cancellation & Return Policy

General Information

At Liber Teknoloji, customer satisfaction is our priority. The following cancellation and return policy applies to our digital products and SaaS services. While certain legal restrictions apply due to the digital nature of our products, we evaluate refund requests under the specific conditions listed below.

Pre-Payment Cancellation

If an order has been created but payment has not yet been completed, the order is automatically cancelled by the system and no charge is made. You can track your orders in the My Orders section of your member panel.

Refund Conditions

Refund requests are considered in the following situations:

• Full refund: If payment was completed but the license key was not delivered to your panel or e-mail.
• Full refund: If the purchased product does not function technically and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
• Partial refund: If the same product was accidentally purchased twice — the second order is refunded.

Refunds are not issued in the following situations:

• The license key has been delivered and activated.
• The purchase was made consciously after reviewing the product page or demo account.
• The product does not offer a feature not described in the product listing.
• Incompatibilities caused by the customer's own system or usage errors.

Subscription Cancellation

For monthly or annual subscription products:

• Simply send your cancellation request to [email protected] before the renewal date.
• The cancellation takes effect from the next billing period.
• The current subscription period fee is non-refundable.

Refund Process

• Submit your refund request to [email protected] with your order number.
• Requests are reviewed within 3 business days and you will be notified of the outcome.
• Approved refunds are reflected to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
• Refunded license keys are immediately deactivated in our system.
